Full time Programs Manager Position
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D., PsyD) to join our dynamic group practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home, as well as in-office and at various school sites as needed. As a Licensed Clinician, you will collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Additionally, part of this role will involve managing and providing clinical services in K-12 school settings.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy to address a wide range of mental health issues.
2. Manage the Teacher Wellness program, coordinating and providing support and resources to educators at K-12 schools to enhance their mental health and well-being.
3. Oversee the Internship program, supervising and mentoring high school interns on-campus as they gain experience in the field.
4. Coordinate the Critical Incident Response program, providing timely and effective psychological support to individuals and groups affected by critical incidents or trauma.
5. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
6. Collaborate and consult with other mental health professionals on the team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation.
8. Stay informed about current research and advancements in the field of mental health participating in ongoing professional development activities.
9. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent.
10. Participate in team meetings and consult group to enhance professional growth and foster a supportive working environment.
11. Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
2. Current and valid state license to practice in California and willingness to get licensed in multiple states.
3. Completion of supervisor training course or willing to complete course within first 60 days of hire.
4. Proven experience in providing evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, parents and/or teachers.
5. Experience working with BIPOC and LBGTQ communities
6. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and ability to integrate them into treatment plans. Training in DBT a plus.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

11. Adherence to ethical guidelines and maintaining professional boundaries.
