Your Job Title: Listing Coordinator

Where you will work: Team Office Location

Reports to: Director of Operations

Position Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, initiative, and ability to learn quickly *
  • Tech savvy (Google Suite, CRM, Canva, Social Media, Spreadsheets)*
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal *
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion *
  • High level of integrity and accountability; a problem solver with a “can-do” spirit *
  • Real estate, mortgage, or escrow experience a plus *
  • Ability to multitask error free and remain calm under stress *

What will you do:

  • Collaborate with DOO to implement the team’s mission, strategic vision, operating principles, and culture.*
  • Maintain brand image, grow awareness and reach, enlarge the database, and increase client satisfaction, thus generating more leads and client referrals*
  • Monitor, coordinate, and schedule posts for social media pages and group for listings*
  • Schedule photography and be point of contact for any vendors *
  • Research and input listing information into MLS, making sure photos and required documents are uploaded *
  • Launch listing to active and maintain communication with all active listings *
  • Follow up with agents who have showed the home and pass along feedback to sellers *
  • Maintain accurate detailed feedback for each listing *
  • Generate weekly status reports for each active listing*
  • Seek out and suggest methods for continued business and personal growth*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Idaho Falls, ID 83404: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
