This full-time position is based in our Henderson office. The project delivery team partner works 40 hours per week and provides a wide variety of administrative, project support, and staff support services to our Henderson team. The team partner will work closely with our project management and delivery teams to provide innovative solutions to our clients through a variety of detailed support tasks. The team partner will work with leadership to learn the needs of our clients and our teams. This role will be fast paced and demanding, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to add value to a high performing team, enjoys a challenge, works well as part of a team, and takes ownership of their work. Evaluating various situations and working with leadership, the project team partner will help support and implement our business plan and delivery of work products to our clients. The team partner adapts established processes and procedures as necessary to meet objectives. The team partner applies judgment in determining work methods and balancing competing priorities.
Here’s What You’ll Need:This position supports multiple projects and project managers by performing the following tasks:
• Anticipates the needs of the team
• Manage information flow
• Coordinate and organize project files
• Invoice Review, Processing, and Tracking
• Facilitate the procurement of subconsultants, review and process subconsultant invoices
• Coordinate production and delivery of proposals, project deliverables, documents, drawings, specifications, etc.
• Assist project managers with development of budgets, tracking project financials, and preparation of reports
• Coordinate travel schedules and prepare expense reports for multiple project team members
• Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting minutes
• Organize working lunches/dinners for various staff and client meetings
• Generate project briefings
• Assist project delivery teams and sales teams with weekly updates, preparation of reports, presentations, document management on SharePoint, and/or correspondence
• Develop new or revise existing processes and/or procedures, or recommend improvements in support of a department or group of managers
• Edit and format reports, technical memorandum, proposals and presentations
• Assist staff with education of new corporate policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Other tasks as needed
Here’s What You’ll Need:
• 10 or more years of clerical or secretarial experience and project related support is preferred
• Ability to perform complex activities independently
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint experience required
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is desirable
• Strong communication and organization skills required, experience working with clients, government officials, and public desired
