We're looking for a collaborative Assistant Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. As the onsite Owners Representative based out of the Fort Lauderdale, FL, you'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, project controls, and on-site management of General Contractors as needed. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques.

Here’s What You’ll Need:- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- 5 years of related construction project management experience with large scale construction building projects
- Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Work will require access to secure facilities and employment will be dependent on clearing a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing and able to drive to client sites
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Experience managing projects within existing occupied facilities
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
