Description of Duties:
The Client Support Administrator (CSA) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
- Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users
Provide in person and Phone Support to MDA End user troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Software, Operating Systems, and Office Products.
Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc)
- Contribute to large scale Projects and Events.
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong written and verbal communication
This is a Customer facing position
Some travel is required.
This position will be filled at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.
This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days. If a candidate has not been selected at that time, it will continue to be posted until a suitable candidate is selected or the position is closed.

Here’s What You’ll Need:Basic Requirements:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 4 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 2 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree, or higher, and 0 years of general experience.
- Must have at least 2 years of directly related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting.
Must have a current DOD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
Must be able to lift and carry 25 LBS
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service, and DoD Experience
