We are looking for a passionate Construction Project Manager to work in San Carlos, CA who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. Join us and you’ll support the SamTrans Zero Emission Bus project. In this role, you’ll oversee the activities of Assistant Construction Managers, Office Engineers, Inspectors, and administrative personnel. You will utilize your expertise to monitor contractors’ work for compliance to schedule, budget, technical specifications, and legal requirements. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex design and construction problems, ensuring the success of our projects for our client. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4   years of experience in Construction Management of Civil Engineering or Transit projects.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Certified Construction Manager or Project Management certifications
• State of California Professional Engineering registration or ability to obtain within six (6) months. Cal-OSHA/OSHA 30 training certification at start of work on project
