Our team is experiencing significant growth in our Advance Facilities business and we are excited to find an Expeditor to support equipment procurement activities on our capital projects. You'll report to the Expediting Manager and will be responsible expediting vendor documentation, the fabrication of equipment, and shipment after award and through closeout. You'll plan and schedule movement of documentation, materials or other goods and/or coordinate activities involved with procuring goods and services, such as raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, and supplies. You'll work to coordinate material movement throughout project cycle, follow up on material orders and verify delivery. In addition, you’ll create and maintain related records, discuss defective or unacceptable goods and services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action. You may also be involved with validating vendor invoices.

Here’s What You’ll Need:• Familiarity with Expediting Activities, Roles, and Responsibilities.
• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in material requirements from engineering specifications and schedules.
• Ability to interact externally with suppliers, and internally with different groups and departments, as well as Client facing.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work as part of a team.
Ideally You'll Also Have:
• BA or BS, or equal, preferred, in Business or Supply Management.
• 2 plus years of experience in Expediting or related field.
• Experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science or Specialized Manufacturing industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing greater value to our clients.
