We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated and energetic Graphic Designer to join our team of creatives in North America. You’ll be part of a thriving, collaborative, inclusive team, delivering bold visual communication to our internal and external clients. You’ll have the opportunity to connect and engage with clients and team members while sharing knowledge and new ideas with the wider creative team. You’ll add value to project documentation by creating compelling graphics for technical project reports, presentations, proposals, and some marketing deliverables.

The base salary range for this position is $42,700 to $101,950. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- At least 6 years of graphic design experience
- Working knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with best practices for document accessibility (Section 508, AODA, WCAG, PDF/UA)
- Experience working with GIS technicians to create well designed maps that are reader friendly and visual appealing
Experience using ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud plugin
Ideally, you’ll also have\:
- Minimum two-year Associates degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
- Additional coursework, college-level, or post-graduate studies in graphic design or a related field
- Experience in an engineering consulting environment, working directly with project teams to create compelling visuals for various types of projects
- Extensive experience in producing electronic and print deliverables
