Responsibilities:
- Work with project planners and product managers to plan and maintain consumable and production inventory levels for Space
- Electromechanical Manufacturing.
- Periodic cycle counting of inventory.
- Receive materials to include unloading/loading for production in database and deliver to floor, user, or inventory as required.
- Verify incoming materials are labeled and packaged per documentation.
- Keep precise records, document tracking and filing.
- Utilize a product tracking database tool to track new product deliverables, returns of product, government furnished equipment and test equipment.
- Will assemble component kits for production such as cables, printed circuit boards, subassemblies, electronic components, and hardware according to bills of materials and drawings per direction.
- Ship product in custom shipping containers, prepare paperwork, and interface with shipping companies when needed.
- Track and maintain a log of shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of workspaces.
- Work independently and as part of a larger Team.
- May be required to deliver or pickup equipment between different locations utilizing company transportation.
- Manage physical space and setup new inventory locations.

Here’s What You’ll Need:- 2-5 years or more experience working in commercial and government space, fulfillment, and parts room environment.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experienced with MRP Systems.
- Multi-tasking, attention to detail, critical decision making.
- Must be onsite 100% of the time.
