We are looking for a driven and passionate Highway/Roadway Project Manager to support our transportation projects that focus on challenging highway, roadway, and interchange projects and pursuits. Your immediate assignments as Project Manager will be to oversee and manage transportation projects throughout Ohio and the Midwest and be responsible for managing project teams to perform preliminary and final design engineering and prepare construction plan documents to satisfy requirements for local and state roadway projects.

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 
•    Registration as a Professional Engineer in Ohio, or the ability to get reciprocity within 6 months of employment
•    Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
•    Substantial years' experience on transportation projects with Ohio DOT
•    Established local and Ohio DOT client relationships 
•    Previous project management experience
•    Demonstrated experience on various types of roadway design projects including design and plan development of new and rehabilitation highway projects
•    Proficiency with MicroStation, Geopak, and Open Roads Designer and a variety of transportation engineering analysis and design software
•    Understanding of and practical experience applying the AASHTO design guidelines to transportation projects.
•    Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
•    Demonstrated communication and writing skills including technical report writing
•    Some travel likely required depending on location of hire and/or projects assigned to
•    Experience in complex multi-discipline highway project design, including one or more Design-Build and/or PPP projects as Design Lead 

Ideally, you’ll also have\:
•    Design-build experience in Ohio
