Jacobs is looking for a Signals Analyst to support its federal client program onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating signal collection, processing, and analysis tool suites for exploitation of recordings or live environment; collaborate with analysts throughout the Intelligence Community and maintain awareness of ongoing analysis projects.
- Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO/IEC15288.
- Additionally, candidate will provide Tier 2 system support.
- In order to be successful in the role the candidate will need to have Proforma and signals protocol experience.

- Determine signal characteristics of waveforms or bit level necessary for the exploitation of signals of interest.
- Perform the collection, evaluation, and documentation of recordings of new or previously unexploited data.
- Support a range of analytical products and functions to allow for development of signal exploitation capabilities.
- Translate analytical results into briefings to communicate characteristics of signal for identification and/or exploitation.
- Provide guidance to developers and operators of signal characteristics at the waveform or bit level necessary for the exploitation of signals of interest.
- Oversee the development, deployment or collection, documentation and evaluation of recordings of new or previously unexploited data.
