As a Field Coordinator within the Structural Tool Install group, you will provide technical and field support for the Site Based Solutions team. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the design of state of the art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities on a collaborative and innovative team of Designers and Engineers. Each day you will apply your observation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, professional design and construction environment. As a field coordinator you’ll be required to read and communicate with building design drawings; utilizing drawings to document and communicate field observations. You’ll help us engage with clients and subcontractors as you observe and document existing field conditions, field coordinate structural designs with engineers and designers, to assist in producing installation design packages for our client’s advanced facilities. Working with the other members of our team, you will use strong communication and field observation capabilities.

· Full-time, on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon
· High school diploma/GED
· At least 1-3 years of experience in Structural Design or Construction related field.
· Abilitity to observe and document field conditions.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Entry level CAD and/or BIM skills
· Design drawing knowledge or ability to read construction plans.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written
· Willingness to learn
· Ability to coordinate with and take direction from engineers and designers
Ideally, you’ll also have:
· Associates degree in CADD/Engineering, or Construction related field.
· Computer Aided Drafting and Design software knowledge: AutoCad and Revit.
· 3-5 years of experience in Structural or Industrial Design
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
· Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
· Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
· Industrial design experience including, semiconductor facilities, or similar
