As a Technical Writer, you’ll provide professional-level support for the development and delivery of short-term local projects to long-term, complex programs that encompass work around the globe. You’re a self-starter, eager to demonstrate your creative communication solutions, tackling challenges, crushing deadlines, and far exceeding client expectations along the way.
Here’s What You’ll Need:- Experience writing technical or industry-based documents in a professional environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Competency in Adobe publishing programs (specifically Acrobat; knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus)
- Experience managing all aspects of a deliverable program (template development, file management, program standards and styles, budget and schedule, resource management, team communication, and change management)
- Understanding of a wide variety of shared workspace platforms (SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.), document-related software techniques, visual mediums, and delivery options
- Firm grasp of grammatical rules, clear and concise writing, and references and citations
- Experience delivering on deadlines
- Demonstrated time management skills
