We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated team player for a Seasonal Tax Preparer position. Working directly with the Tax Manager, you will prepare individual and business tax returns; gather & review client data & documents and enter data into accounting software.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience preparing individual tax returns (experience preparing business and trust & estate tax returns is a plus)
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, client service and PC skills including MS Office, QuickBooks and accounting software proficiency (UltraTax software proficiency is a plus)
• Ability to prepare complex tax returns, juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-state entity tax preparation experience is a plus
• EA designation is a plus
