Project and Service Operations Manager

As our Project and Service Operations Manager, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, relative to experience and qualifications, along with commission bonuses. THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE AS OUR PROJECT AND SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Take the lead as the Project and Service Operations Manager at Jade's Heating and Plumbing, guiding a skilled team through day-to-day operations. You'll collaborate with our owner, conduct weekly site visits, and oversee stock control and equipment orders. Additionally, you'll manage field teams, handle sales and service calls, and coordinate closely with our owner on concurrent projects. Direct construction crews, liaise with stakeholders, and collaborate with our administration team on procurement, material tracking, and human resource management. Your pivotal role ensures the smooth execution of projects and adherence to professional plumbing codes, contributing significantly to the ongoing success of Jade's Heating and Plumbing!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Project and service operations experience, along with some sales experience
• Knowledge of heating and radiant heat systems for residential and commercial applications
• Sound knowledge of ICC and UPC plumbing code
• Proficiency with on-site project management using current technology and industry software, including Procore, House Call Pro, and others.
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Having 6 years of relative experience is desired.

WORK SCHEDULE

Enjoy a balanced work-life routine with our family-first orientated work schedules like: Four 10-hour shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, where you can revel in a 3-day weekend to relax and recharge! Or the traditional five 8-hour, Monday – Friday shifts. Providing flexibility is our goal.
