This position will serve as a physician community liaison. Applicants must be flexible to work after-hours events as well as weekend activities.
Job Summary: The community outreach associate is responsible for bridging the gap between the community and our organization. These professionals are in the community day in and day out, educating physicians, local businesses, and strategic referral sources on JAG-ONE services, educational programs and offerings.
Region Coverage: Bucks County, PA
Essential Functions:
- Perform marketing and sales activities for an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed assigned objectives
- Using consultative selling skills, initiates contact and develops relationships with physicians, community organizations, athletic organizations, local businesses, and their key staff to engage customers, understand needs, and recommend service solutions
- Distribute materials to customers on a regular basis, including business cards, referral pads, brochures, etc.
- Develop a basic understanding of regional business conditions relating to the industry, competition, and relevant business trends
- Understand global company and territory budgeted goals and align outreach strategy to attain/exceed goals
- Identifies future growth opportunities for new services, and relays customer feedback and market trends to management
- Attend networking events to promote brand and services
- Work hand in hand with Clinical Directors to help fulfill goals through referral generation
- Other duties as assigned
Core Requirements:
- College degree in business, healthcare, or comparable field
- Must have vehicle and driver's license
- Solid computer skills
- Organized individual with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
- Build, edit and maintain customer database to enhance outreach strategy development
