What we are looking for:
As the Product Manager for Supplier Management Operations, you will be responsible for implementing the Supplier Management strategy successfully. You will work closely with the other Product Managers involved: Supplier Management, Supplier Experience and Supplier Information Providers. You must possess a unique mix of business; technical and procurement process know how as well as a strong drive to understand the challenges of the target markets in order to deliver innovative and profitable solutions.
Principal Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Internal support of the Supplier Management Strategy
- Implement tools that help internal teams managing suppliers and suppliers’ data
- Create collaterals, training materials and other assets to support JAGGAER’s client facing teams
- Monitor Supplier Management pricing and commercial packages
- Analyses, proposes, build requirements for enhancements of API and Process flows, related to Supplier Management
- Ensure consistencies of some cross portfolio Supplier related features, in analyzing their inter-dependencies (Supplier Management, Supplier Info Providers, Supplier Experience, Supplier Network)
- External support of the Supplier Management Strategy:
- Help building Client facing collaterals
- Support client supplier management solution discussions in collaboration with Account Managers, Professional Services, and Customer Success Managers. This role includes participation in client meetings
Position Requirements
What You Will Bring:
· 5 years of experience in procurement technology is desirable
· 2 years previous experience in Product Management, Professional services or Pre-Sales roles is a must have
· Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies
· High level of customer focus, establish and maintain good customer relationships as an organizational leader.
· Analytic and strategic thinking, solid decision-making skills in the face of imperfect data.
· Strong planning, written and verbal communication skills (incl. public speaking & teaching).
· Strong sense of ownership and dedication to accomplish goals and succeed.
· Proficient in system analysis, procedure analysis, and problem resolution is required.
· Collaborate effectively with executives and around the business to get to a consensus on roadmap and deliverables.
· Must have a track record of meeting or exceeding target goals.
· Strong organizational skills, including demonstrated prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment, required.
· Ability to support and manage global teams across time zones is required.
· Ability to travel up to 25% is required
