Jaguar Land Rover South Orlando is looking for Receptionists for our Sales and Service Departments. We have one of the largest and most varied inventories in Central Florida. Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assist customers in friendly and professional manner
• Answering calls
• Forward calls, take and relay accurate messages
• Review recorded calls
• Responsible for input and maintenance of reports in Excel
• Correct filing of receipts
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements - Receptionist:

• Receptionist experience is required
• Extremely punctual
• Superior customer service skills
• Dependable and friendly with excellent telephone manners
• Must be motivated candidate who will make an immediate impact and help us to continue to grow
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel
• Dedicated to providing great customer service
• Must have excellent grammar, verbal and writing skills
• Must have a professional appearance and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
