Overview:
We are seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team! As a member of our beverage team, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for mixology, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Upsell additional menu items to increase sales
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or catering is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Toast, is a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials
- Excellent knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food handling and safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
