Responsibilities:
Receive and review incoming orders for jewelry production. Work with the head of jewelry production to prioritize orders based on service levels and staff availability. Monitor and track the progress of each order throughout the production process through to shipping & fulfillment. Address any issues or delays in production or shipping, working closely with the production & fulfillment team to resolve them promptly. Maintain detailed records of each order, including production stages and completion dates. Track the receipt of finished goods and work with the team to ensure that we have enough raw materials in-house to meet demand levels. Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on the status of orders. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Qualifications:
Previous experience in production coordination, preferably but not required in the jewelry industry. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a high level of comfort working with large datasets. Ability to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for order tracking and analysis. Ability to extract meaningful insights from data to inform decision-making. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. .
