What you will do…
The following duties are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned
to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, or skills required. Duties and
responsibilities may be added or changed as deemed appropriate by management at any time.
Maintain open communication with superintendent to ensure proper completion of project ـ
Must be effective in operation of digging and grading equipment ـ
.Must have pipe experience. Footing drains, rain drains, water, sewer, storm, etc ـ
Ability to understand and follow grade. Must have experience working with subcontractors and setting up ـ
grade and prepping for curbs, asphalt, concrete, etc.
Maintain work areas are free of debris to ensure safety. Good housekeeping is a must ـ
Ensure crews fuel, grease, and maintain general operation of equipment daily ـ
.Understanding of soil types and knowledge of shoring, bracing, and sloping ـ
.Daily work plans, reports, timecards, truck tickets, etc ـ
!Help ensure the safety of our team– Everyone is responsible for safety ـ

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully
perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to stand or walk for long periods; use arms and hands to reach for,
handle and manipulate objects; lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds. Climb up and down ladder,
scaffolds and other objects and carry tools and equipment. Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Ability to see well and
distinguish between back up alarms, voices, and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites.
Environment Adaptability
While performing the duties of this job, you will work inside and outside at various locations and in all weather
conditions. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, hearing, and eye protection are required.
