The Web Designer is an experienced web designer with a strong command of Figma and adjacent graphic design tools used to produce scalable designs for our primary web property, . The Web Designer, joining our Marketing department, will have 5 years of experience in graphic design, user interface design, interaction design, and/or product design. They also must be passionate about all aspects of the digital marketing ecosystem, including strategy, parity between brand, messaging, and audience - while also understanding how their contributions support overall business objectives.

Reporting to the Manager, Web Product, the Web Designer will be part of a cross-functional team contributing to a best in class website experience. In this role the designer will be instrumental in shaping the future of how our website creates a visual narrative that extends and enhances Jamf's brand voice, products and services.

What you can expect to do in this role:

• Collaborates with UX design team to deliver innovative solutions that meet brand, UI, and accessibility standards
• Develops a range of deliverables, including high-fidelity mockups, interaction prototypes, proof-of-concepts, templates and spec documents
• Interacts with stakeholders to determine requirements, set expectations, and socializes design solutions to ensure understanding and adoption.
• Owns and contributes to the evolution of visual design systems in collaboration with the Identity and Brand team members
• Applies critical thinking to a variety of complex user problems, taking into account user needs, brand direction, technical constraints, and business objectives
• Researches and implements contemporary web design methodologies
• Can act as an internal subject matter expert for internal or third-party projects, ensuring design consistency and sharing of best practices

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma / GED Equivalent (Required)
• A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and visual design for web in B2B enterprise and/or eCommerce environments (Required)
• Experience in generating high-fidelity web page mockups, responsive and interaction prototypes
• Experience generating and outputting visual design assets and prototyping using Figma (Required)
• Mastery of core graphic applications in Adobe CC (Required)
• Knowledge of web languages - HTML, CSS, Front-end frameworks, Javascript libraries (Required)
• Demonstrated experience with web content management systems, and creating designs that can be translated into functional web pages in multiple languages
• Experienced researching and implementing current web design industry best practices
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experienced in proposing, contributing to, and evangelizing design solutions
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• In-depth knowledge of web design principles and best practices
• Ability to apply constructive feedback and work in collaboration with multiple teams
• Strong understanding of how to create consistent experiences across multiple web properties
• Keen awareness of current and web interaction models/methods.
• Strong ability to collaborate with both content and engineering teams to ensure design solutions are properly implemented
