ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to Guests and Team Members.
• Meet and greet Guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Setup event space, buffets, food and beverage stations as set by the event BEO and Company standards.
• Assist with food and table preparations for the event including linens, place settings, polished silverware, glassware, etc.
• Greet and assist Guests upon arrival helping with seating and beverage service.
• Replenish buffets and food stations efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Have knowledge of the plated dinners and adequately present to Guests with synchronized service.
• Provide exceptional service, check-in regularly and respond promptly to Guests by anticipating needs such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, etc.
• Communicate with the Banquet & Event Assistant Manager as well as other Servers and event organizers.
• Clean up venue after event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Adhere to Company policies and standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Some experience preferred, 1-2 years banquets or related field.
• Able to work in a high energy and fast paced work environment.

• Able to work as part of a Team, demonstrate honesty and integrity.
• Must be dependable and timely and be able to work a flexible schedule.

• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
• Ability to earn and maintain RBS Certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to earn and maintain a current Food Handlers Card.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.
• Able to lift 30-50 lbs. Able to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend for up to 8 hours a day.
• Able to climb stairs while carrying 15-30 lbs.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Must be able to efficiently and accurately count money and gaming chips and make a change. Possess the ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
