**2 Separate Positions Available - Remote Social Security Disability Attorney & Remote Veterans Disability Attorney

Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law, LC is adding a SS Disability Attorney & VA Disability attorney to our team. These full-time attorney positions will require you to provide a high level of service to our clients while demonstrating a high level of integrity, accountability, and team commitment. Successful candidates will have two or more years of SS or VA disability representation experience.

Remote Social Security Disability Attorney & Remote Veterans Disability Attorney Responsibilities include:

• Prepare for a client’s hearing by analyzing the cases & interpreting the laws
• Conduct pre-hearings with clients to review case information & advise clients of court processes
• Evaluate findings and developing strategies & arguments for case presentation
• Represent clients in court regarding their SS or VA disability claim
• Assist SS or VA team members with questions & client concerns
• Attend virtual hearings
• Brief writing

Pay: $65,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
