```Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Perform routine floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Strip, seal, wax, and buff floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning products - Conduct carpet cleaning and spot removal as needed - Ensure all floor surfaces are properly maintained and free of debris - Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with chemicals or operating machinery - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation standards Experience: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning - Familiarity with environmental services practices and procedures - Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for maintaining clean and safe environments, we encourage you to apply for the position of Floor Technician.
