Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule management: Coordinate and manage appointments and scheduled tasks
- File management: Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.

- Process tax returns and electronically file tax returns
- Organizational support: Help maintain a clean and organized office environment by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Phone etiquette: Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate staff members
- Vendor management: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Perform basic bookkeeping for the office and clients as needed

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find efficient solutions to challenges that may arise.

Job Type: Full-time
