Duties:
- Greet and serve customers in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide food and beverage recommendations to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible service.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation as needed, including food handling and presentation.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary.
- Work effectively with other members of the team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry trends and improve skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry is required.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including food handling and presentation.
- Familiarity with a point-of-sale system and ability to operate it efficiently.
- Basic retail math skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
