JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the guidance of, and in partnership with, the Program Director the SW ID AHEC Program Coordinator provides coordination and administrative services across multiple components of the program, including but not limited to marketing/communication, youth outreach programs, the AHEC Scholar program, and continuing education for healthcare professionals. Across all projects, the Program Coordinator will:
- Coordinate full cycle activities including participant recruitment; communications and scheduling of meetings with external partners and participants; and data collection using existing tools.
- Process requests for payments to participants, vendors, and partner organizations.
- Enter programmatic data and track outcomes for data analysis.
- Assist with program reporting to funders as needed.
- Assist with meetings, including preparation, taking minutes, and arranging venue and catering for in-person meetings, and distribution of follow-up materials or information.
- Create and maintain a social media campaign and presence on social media, monitor analytics.
- Update and maintain website content across projects.
- Solicit content for, create, and deliver an electronic newsletter.
- Create flyers, brochures, and presentations for all programmatic activities.
- Communicate details of activities and events to participants, partners, and stakeholders.
- Occasionally function as backup meeting host for Program Director.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Solid, demonstratable experience/skills with all Microsoft Office applications, Zoom, Constant Contact, Canva, and Adobe.
- Experienced in establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with a variety of individuals and organizations.
- 2 to 4 years of program coordination experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, social science, education, or another related field.
- Direct experience with AHEC and knowledge of health care systems is highly preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Primarily work-from-home with rare requirements for in-person meetings; opportunities to interact with AHEC partners and other Jannus employees on occasion; minimal travel.
