Janson Equipment Co. is a Case IH dealership with locations in Reese, Breckenridge, and Charlotte MI growing with Michigan farmers since 1939. You'll be a great fit for our Service Manager position if:

• You have an applicable bachelor’s degree or high school degree with industry experience.

What we expect from you on a day-to-day basis:

• Scheduling and selling customer service work.
• Answering questions and concerns from customers regarding equipment service.
• Updating customers of repair status and any unforeseen modifications.
• Accurate billing for customer, warranty, and internal service work.
• Managing our team of skilled service technicians.
• Cleanliness of shop, fleet, and office.
• Managing quality of work performed by the service department.
