Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain cleanliness standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest requests or issues promptly
- Monitor budgetary guidelines for the housekeeping department
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including inspections, inventory, and staff performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and scheduling

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
