We are a rapidly growing and successful organization with a strong reputation in serving the mental health community via a network of full-service pharmacies co-located (or embedded) within mental health clinics and hospitals throughout the United States. We seek a Sales Representative who, under the supervision from our National Sales Director, will promote strategic growth for Janus Rx, by identifying leads and closing sales transactions. The territory will include but not be limited to the states of: IN, MO, KS. The successful individual will have a strong knowledge of the mental health practice arena and travel 60% of their time. The competitive compensation structure is a combination of base salary, commission and bonus opportunities, along with benefits.
This person will need to be based near a major airport.
Responsibilities:
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain successful relations with customers and potential customers by interacting professionally and pro-actively.
- Promote strategic growth for the company by identifying leads and closing transactions; may include concentration on growing the Clozapine management program, residential/group home consumer base, ACT teams, and other opportunities including hospital discharge planning and care coordinator sites.
- Act as a liaison between our company and the customer base through contracting and implementation process.
Qualifications:
Educational or Skills Requirements:
- Strong selling skills (would prefer 1-3 years of sales experience)
- Mental Health Experience preferred
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Pharmacy experience a plus
- Bachelor Degree or higher preferred
Salary : $48,800 - $61,800
