Your Role   

Jar of Sparks is looking for a Producer who is passionate about facilitating creative teams to create great games. As a Producer you will partner with your team to build and maintain effective plans, which are resilient to challenge and change. You study your team's results and execute plans to improve them.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the senior members of your team to create and maintain effective plans, strategies, and schedules.
• Drive the team's process, remove obstacles, resolve ambiguity. Facilitate your team's creation of great game experiences.
• Track and communicate your team's status, needs, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could prevent your team from producing great results.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Proficiency with collaboration software like Jira, Hansoft, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with game production lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Producer or Project Manager working with multidiscipline game teams.
• Experience shipping a title on console or PC.

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000 USD
