CNC Programmer Summary: As a CNC Programmer your primary responsibilities would be centered around writing programs for computer-numeric controlled 3 and 4 axis mills and lathes.
Shift: Monday-Thursday: 4-10 hour shifts with a 3 day weekend
Responsibility Summary CNC Programmer:
Write CNC programs through utilization for Fanuc Macro B, MasterCam and Autodesk Solidworks.
Create documented procedures for machine set-ups and ensure the process is followed accurately.
Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput and reduce downtime.
Perform quality checks on produced parts to ensure programs are functioning as intended.
Train new staff members on CNC machine setup and operation.
Tool new fixtures as needed.
Qualification Summary CNC Programmer:
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of CNC programming and set-up experience
Software proficiency in MasterCam and Solidworks.
Knowledge of G M codes and GDT
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications CNC Programmer:
Secondary education in a machining related field of study
