Selections Coordinator

We are a custom homebuilder looking for a selections coordinator to join our team and help us coordinate and manage selections for our clients building custom homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have the ability to work independently with clients. The coordinator will be responsible for helping clients make selections, managing schedules, and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will also be expected to assist with other duties as needed. Interior design / sales experience is requested to apply for this job.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, client and vendor meetings, and activities.
  • Organize and manage resources for jobs, meetings, and activities.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
  • Create and maintain detailed records of events, meetings, and activities.
  • Develop and implement plans for events, meetings, and activities.
  • Monitor progress of events, meetings, and activities.
  • Evaluate the success of events, meetings, and activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
