D&W is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for
our Corporate Office in Auburn, NY. Accounts Payable Clerks perform accounting
and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of
accounts payable transactions. A successful candidate will have a positive
attitude, excellent communication skills and a desire to work as a part of a
growing team.
Job Responsibilities:· Monitor and implement accounts payables processes· Provide support to other office operations· Process daily invoices, maintain notes in the system· Data entry
Job Requirements:
· Two years’ experience in a similar position is
desired
· Strong communication skills and a positive work
ethic
· Computer literate and detail oriented
· Good telephone skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
