Job Description
Learning expert as well as a Data subject-matter-expert
Define and document learning objectives.
Conduct research and collaborate with Data subject experts. Need to be able to confidently talk with SME about the topic of data and effectively translate content to learning content.
Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.
Ensure content is designed to optimize learning objectives and behavior change.
Generate the layout of the learning supports.
Work with the Development Team in offshore to create visual, audio and interactive learning assets.
5 years experience required in Learning and Development.
3 years experience in a data related field (ex; data analysis, data engineering, data architect).
Learning expert with instructional design expertise plus a deep understanding of data.
Must Have Bachelors Degree in related field.
Fully remote opportunity; must be located in the United States.
