Qualifications
- 7 years of technical product or program management experience.
- 10 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience in project implementation in public cloud like AWS/azure.
- Ability to communicate with technical engineering teams with clarity and purpose.
- Ability to manage high levels of ambiguity and drive for results.
- Agile and continuous improvement mindset, including familiarity with agile practices, at scale best practices and related tooling (i.e. Azure DevOps Boards for Backlogs).
- 8 years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Demonstrate executive communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to senior leadership and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and key insights.
- Knowledgeable in creating and managing enterprise Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
