Description
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the design, delivery, and implementation of agency wide training including, but not limited to mandated regulatory trainings, Annual Core, New Employee Orientation (NEO), Corporate Compliance, HIPPA, Harassment Prevention
- Assist in the development and design of courses and curriculum
- works together with Director of Workforce Development in collaborating with subject experts to develop course content
- Manages online learning with Workforce Development Coordinator
- Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, industrial relations, or organizational development
- Experience developing, presenting, and managing training programs desirable
