Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors with check-in and general information.
- Providing excellent care, collaborating effectively with all departments.
- Cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, compassion, respect, empathy, dignity, and optimism.
- Must be friendly, able to multi-task, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance is preferred.
- Work experience of at least 1 year in a medical office is required.
- Must be comfortable collecting payments.
