Our compensation package includes:

• 50/50 split of gross revenue less fuel
• Weekly bonus opportunity of $500 for gross revenue over $5,000.
• PTO valued at $1,000
• 1 week after 6 months of proficient service with the Company.
• 1 additional week after 1 year of proficient service with the Company.
• Performance based End of Year Bonus, approximant value $3,000.
• $200 daily compensation for no fault maintenance/repair down time.
• 60/40 split of gross revenue less fuel after 2 years of proficient service with the Company.

Proficient service will be defined as:

• Minimum Gross Revenue of $3,000 each week.
• Yearly Gross Revenue weekly average of $4000 each week.
• Safe and Courteous driving.

```Duties```

- Operate a tractor-trailer to transport freight to various destinations

- Bring intermodal containers in and out of the port of Charleston

- Safely and efficiently drive and maneuver the vehicle, following all traffic laws and regulations

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition

- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise

```Experience```

- Must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

- Must have a valid current TWIC

- Must have experience in Port work

- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is beneficial
