Mining-Crusher Maintenance Manager

We're seeking a Mining-Crusher Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in jaw, cone, and VSI crusher maintenance, plus experience with crushing plant equipment. You should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience and be adept at prioritizing and delegating maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in crusher repair and upkeep.

· Develop maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance.

· Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams.

· Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety.

· Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of jaw, cone, and VSI crusher maintenance.

· Experience with crushing plant equipment and processes.

· Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
