Superintendent
· Minimum experience need 7 years
· Residential superintendents experience a must
· Multi-family and podium experience a plus
· Experience with projects from 15-50 million
· General knowledge of the local building codes.
· Working knowledge of CPM schedule.
· Working knowledge of cost reporting and labor production reporting.
· Thorough knowledge of subcontract language.
· Ability to work with and manage multiple people and priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
