Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours**
**This position is responsible for the assembly and installation of products while providing a safe, efficient, and courteous delivery to our customers. Assist in helping load and unload items and maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle and installation site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help assemble and install products for all customers and manufacturers within a home location or job site.
- Properly assemble products per manufacturer's specifications, test for proper functionality and load, unload and install safely, according to local codes and standards without damage to product or customer location
- Identify and resolve any issues in a professional and effective manner to ensure a positive outcome.
- Interact with coworkers and customers in a professional, fast-paced environment to ensure customer needs are met while building a strong working relationship with a positive attitude.
- Understand and promote all JBHT safety requirements including required use of personal protective equipment to ensure safety of self and co-workers; adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure job site is safe for product installation and free from hazards and obstructions that could endanger workers or damage the delivery site.
- May assist with project execution through effective communication to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years of age with and ability to pass a background check.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record that meets JBH standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience with High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in installing appliances, manual or physical labor, construction site preferred
- Ability to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move appliance up to 100 pounds)
- Ability to wear appropriate work attire (bump cap, footwear-steel toed shoes, gloves, safety vest)
- Customer service skills
- Experience in material handling
- Experience installing appliances
- Willingness to work flexible workdays and hours
