Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and other departments to develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement project-specific health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local safety regulations, codes, and laws.
- Regularly review and enhance safety training programs.
- Conduct field safety inspections and audits to ensure employee compliance with safety standards.
- Review and process accident and incident reports.
ISNetworld Portal Responsibilities:
- Report incident management.
- Track and report monthly hours worked and mileage through Site Tracker.
- Maintain OSHA 300 reporting and ensure accuracy.
- Verify and maintain staff training completion records.
- Manage Hiring Clients’ documentation requests and complete all required questionnaires.
- Track and update Review & Verification requests.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on required employee training.
Safety Documentation Management:
- Process Good Catch/Near Miss reports.
- File incident/accident reports.
- Organize completed safety training and meeting records.
- Provide timely follow-up to management on various safety reports.
Coordination:
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with fleet management to ensure vehicle and equipment compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe, and HCSS Safety
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and motivate team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $98,929.00 - $110,000.00 per year
