What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Sales Agent position at JB Vending LLC?
American National is looking for confident, independent professionals to join our team as Agency Owners. If you have a strong corporate sales, Insurance sales, management or business ownership background then this is a great opportunity for you.
We're looking for entrepreneurial minded people who aren’t afraid to get out there and get in front of clients. You are not required to be licensed in insurance to accept this position, but you will need to get it before you can begin.
American National is offering a 3 month training program with pay. Training pay starts at $4,000 per month. $15,000 in incentives in the first year.
You will be eligible to sell day one. All agent are paid commission only after their first 3 months. Compensation is structured as follows:
Property and Casualty:
Year 1 - 35% yearly premium up front
Year 2 - 25% yearly premium up front
Year 3 - variable rate 12-20% yearly premium up front
Life 80% yearly premium up front
