You should have at least five years of relevant experience, a CPA license, and the ability to uphold professionalism and industry standards. Key Information:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- CPA license required
- 5 years of experience in a tax management role
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Review tax returns and manage client engagements
- Oversee project completion, identify and resolve issues
- Mentor and guide staff, fostering professional development
- Conduct performance evaluations and maintain client relationships
- Enhance industry knowledge and skills through training and learning opportunities
Benefits:
