POSITION SUMMARY
Assist the property management team with financial and operational management of assigned properties including event space and retail assets. Manage tenant relations, property operations, inspections, event coordination, construction, and contract administration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong tenant relations.
- Effectively communicate with supervisor, tenants, and team members.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Assist with events.
- Prepare annual budget, periodic reforecasts, and financial reports.
- Bid and oversee service contracts, capital and tenant construction projects, and periodic rebids.
- Oversee rent collections and report accounts receivables.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain accurate lease, property, and vendor files.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ progressive management experience in commercial and retail real estate operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of office and retail leases and the lease administration process.
- Demonstrated knowledge of building mechanical systems and construction management.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Sound judgment and discretion.
- Professionalism and a corporate champion who fosters teamwork and professional growth.
- Strong coaching, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good listening skills, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to prepare detailed financial reports.
- Ability to learn and effectively use real estate and construction software packages.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Certified Property Manager or Real Property Administrator designation or candidacy a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and use hands to handle office equipment, paper reports, etc. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk and is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. May occasionally be required to lift up to 10 pounds and move a distance of 30 feet as needed. Must be able to move freely throughout the property, including moving up and down stairs. Must be able to sit for up to 50% of the workday.
Property/site inspections may require any of the physical requirements indicated above.

Salary : $54,800 - $69,400
