RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, support, and maintain:
- Vendor Access Requests
- All computer/network components including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers, and work stations
- Security camera systems
- Door readers and controller systems
- Phone systems
- All “Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems”
- Work with end-users proposing new hardware and software solutions
- Test all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into production
- Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues
- Seek out opportunities to automate plant processes
- Implement automated solutions plant-wide
- Communicate Plant Systems Outages and Notices
- Analyze software issues, installation, and testing of applications software/patches
- Provide on-call support for complexsoftware problems and issues
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of related experience
- Proficient in reading and writing ladder logic plc program
- Proficient in graphics packages / HMI interface
- Fundamental understanding of VLANs
- Fundamental understanding of Citrix desktop
• Server, Windows10, Office 2016
• Cisco Network Switch cabling, connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Phone systems experience desirable, but not required
• MCSE Certification is a plus, but not required
• A Certification is a plus, but not required
Skills/Abilities Required: • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must have strong customer support abilities
• Must be willing to work in a plant / industrial environment
• Must be willing to travel as required to support additional plant
