• RECEIVING - INPUT PACKING SLIPS INTO SYSTEM
• REQUISITIONS - INPUT INTO SYSTEM
• DAILY WORKFLOW QUEUE
• REQUEST NEW SAP NUMBERS THRU SYSTEM
• INVOICING DISCREPANCIES (WORK W/ACCTS PAYABLE)
• DEALING WITH VENDORS (PRICE CONFIDENTIALITY)
• INVENTORY KEEPING OF MISC. ITEMS STORED IN UPSTAIRS STOREROOM
• OPEN PO REPORT
• FILING
• CLEANING
• CONFIRMATION REPORT
• INVENTORY ADJUSTMENTS
• INVENTORY SPREAD SHEETS
• CHEMICAL INVENTORY
• PACKAGING INVENTORY
• MRO INVENTORY
• NUMEROUS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AS NECESSARY
Working Conditions:
WORKING CONDITIONS: DESK WORK, STANDING TO FILE, STAIRS LEADING TO THE OFFICE, SOME LIFTING IN ORDER TO STOCK AND CLEAN BACK STORAGE ROOM
Required skills:
• BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS
• STRONG MATH SKILLS
• 10 KEY CALCULATOR
Education Requirements (if applicable)
• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Resume required
• READ, WRITE & SPEAK ENGLISH
