Develops and maintains models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Prepares consolidated financial statements and prepares monthly business performance reports (BPR) and annual AOP process and reviews. Supports local site with daily accounting needs, point person with Shared Service Center, and Corporate as needed. Partners closely with the Manufacturing, Supply Chain team to support cost analysis for variances, labor tracking, and lean processes. Reviews processes and provides recommendations for improvement. Prepares various operations financial and trend analysis to support decision making and provides recommendations for business performance improvements.

Responsibilities:
This position works directly with President/General Manager and Finance Director in supporting the business’ financial analysis, consolidations, cost analysis, planning and reporting needs. Person must be self-driven and be able to work with all levels of organization. Position is a hands-on, working controller for a manufacturing site. Also supports Food and Diary, FTNON, and Liquid Foods Headquarters activities in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required with CPA and/or MBA desired
- Minimum seven (7) years work experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with SOX compliance preferred
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Travel Requirements
- May be required to travel up to 10-15%
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Spend most of the time in an office environment.
